Future Students
We are strongly committed to excellence in postgraduate teaching, whether through face-to-face delivery or using web-based approaches.
Our flagship programs are the UNSW Master of Public Health, Master of International Public Health and the Master of Health Management. These may be undertaken either as standalone programs or in combination.
Our School offers many excellent postgraduate research degrees, tailored to give students every opportunity to continue to develop their professional careers.
Our School plays a major role in the Faculty of Medicine's undergraduate medical program. Our emphasis is on the community-based health model, as opposed to hospital-based teaching and is reflected in courses which teach our students how to communicate with patients, multicultural health issues, indigenous health, drugs and alcohol, health systems, as well as primary care, general practice, rural health, rehabilitation medicine, aged care and geriatrics, and clinical and behavioural studies.
The School also coordinates a number of popular General Education courses.
