Am I a Rural Applicant?
Rural Applicants apply to Medicine through the Rural Student Entry Scheme. Applicants are considered rural if they have lived in a
defined rural location in Australia for a

Applicants must choose to apply through the Rural Student Entry Scheme or
General Entry, they
cannot apply to both. Applicants who lived in a rural location other than Australia are not eligible for the scheme.
