Rural Applicant - Applying to Undergraduate Medicine

Am I a Rural Applicant?

Rural Applicants apply to Medicine through the Rural Student Entry Scheme. Applicants are considered rural if they have lived in a defined rural location in Australia for a minimum of five years from the age of five.

Applicants must choose to apply through the Rural Student Entry Scheme or General Entry, they cannot apply to both. Applicants who lived in a rural location other than Australia are not eligible for the scheme.
