| Research Interests | |
| In the field of medical sciences, the roles of mathematical modeling and statistical analysis are becoming indispensable. Modeling infectious diseases, in particular HCV and Tuberculosis, are the major area of research. This includes modeling cellular processing of antigens, within host evolution of the pathogens and of specific immune response, and finally the transmission dynamics of the disease and host heterogeneity
