Staff Directories - Contacts (online)
There are two online staff directories. The
Faculty of Medicine Staff Directory and the
UNSW Staff Directory. These are two separate sets of information and are not linked to one another. The Faculty's directory lists every Faculty staff member (excluding casuals).
Medicine Staff Directory
A database of all Faculty of Medicine staff is updated on a regular basis (usually once a fortnight) and displayed in the
Staff Directory on the Faculty and School websites. If available, phone, fax and email contacts are included.
Contact details are not shown to the public
unless you have set or requested your details to be displayed. See below - Updating the Medicine Directory.
While we endeavour to have accurate information displayed there may be times when data is incorrect. If you are able please make the changes yourself or contact
to update.
Updating the Medicine Directory
- Search your name on the Staff Directory. On the results page your will find a link to "Log in to view full contact details". Login with your Staff ID and UniPass.
- Select the “Position Details” next to your name. The options for display are: Name, Phone, Fax, Email, Qualifications and Faculty Positions.
- Select "Update your Personal details" to update your phone and fax numbers online. To update your qualifications or email address send a request to
- Select "Yes – Display Contact Details" if you wish to have your contact details displayed publically.
Please note that your Faculty Position is your official University position title not your "local" title and cannot be changed.
UNSW Staff Directory
On the University's
Contacts Directory webpage you can search by name or organisation area. This Directory contains contact details for staff who have requested their details be placed on the web. Therefore there may be instances when you are unable to find a colleague in this directory.
Updating the UNSW directory
It is the responsibility of the individual to keep this directory up-to-date. To update your details, go to the
Contacts Directory, search your name to find your entry, find the link "modify this entry" and follow the instructions.
If you are not listed in this directory and would like to be included you can complete the form located on the
