  • J Craig Venter Institute
    A merger of several affiliated and legacy organizations -The Institute for Genomic Research (TIGR) and The Center for the Advancement of Genomics (TCAG), The J. Craig Venter Science Foundation, The Joint Technology Center, and the Institute for Biological Energy Alternatives (IBEA). All these organizations have become one large multidisciplinary genomic-focused organization.
  • Karolinska Institute
    Karolinska Institutet is one of Europe's largest medical universities and is Sweden's largest centre for medical training and research.Through awarding the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, it has an invaluable contact network throughout the international medical scientific community.
  • National Centre for Biotechnology Information (NCBI)
    NCBI is a US government funded national resource for molecular biology information which creates public databases, conducts research in computational biology, develops software tools for analyzing genome data, and disseminates biomedical information.
