Induction Day for New Teaching Staff
Date: Monday 16 November 2009
Time: 0900 - 1630
Location: LG03 - Lower Ground floor, Wallace Wurth Building, Kensington campus (
Map).
Please note: Wallace Wurth is a
secure building. If you do not have swipe access you will need to 'buzz' through to the security guard to gain entrance.
Who should attend
1. All new teaching staff
- Clinical (incl. rural school) academic staff with teaching duties
- Campus based academic staff:
- with teaching responsibilities in the 3802 Medical Program
- teaching staff in SOMS and SPHCM (teaching responsibilities in undergraduate or postgraduate courses)
- new casual / sessional teaching staff are also welcome to attend if sessions appear useful
- Conjoint clinical staff are also encouraged to attend all or part of the day
2. Current teachers are also welcome to attend if any of the sessions look useful
- E.g. sessional staff, PhD students who teach in the faculty
- Phase 1 facilitators and conjoint lecturers may wish to attend all or part of the day
