Short Course in Sexual and Reproductive Health

This program is open to currently enrolled UNSW students and international participants who are being supported through scholarships from AusAID Seminar Support Scheme and the Australian Research Council Asia Pacific Futures Network. You can view the initial notice. The draft program will be available on this site shortly.

The course aims to both provide an overview of current concepts in sexual and reproductive health in the Asia Pacific region and to develop skills necessary to conduct policy relevant research or evaluation in the region.

The outcomes for this course are to enable you to:
  • Describe current priorities in sexual and reproductive health in the Asia Pacific region
  • Explain the impact of gender on sexual and reproductive health outcomes
  • Develop a proposal for a policy relevant research or evaluation proposal in sexual and reproductive health in Australia or in a country in the Asia Pacific region.
