International Health Partnerships

International Health Partnerships (IHP) has been established with support from the John Hirshman Fund for International Health and Population Studies. This Fund, managed by UNSW Foundation, has been supporting activities aimed at improving health, economic progress, peace and democracy in developing countries since 1997.

The purpose of IHP is to promote the School’s commitment to international health by harnessing resources to take forward a range of specific research, training and development activities

Priority activities for 2007 are:
  • Further development of Virtual Public Health Library in collaboration with UNSW Biomedical Library
  • Inaugural John Hirshman International Health Lecture
