Karen McMillan Research Associate, Sociologist Qualitative research methods and social theory, gender issues, inequality, wellbeing and culture, sex work, user experiences of treatment services; HIV and the Pacific.
Christina Rofe Project Manager Administrative support: financial reporting, management of financial delegation, credit cards, international and domestic travel, accommodation and international events. Liaise with Grants Managemement Office and other senior staff regarding grant contracts and provide high level support to the Chief Investigators. Manage the creation, development and updates of the IHRG website. Secretariat for Medical and Community Human Research Ethics Advisory Panel.

Patrick Rawstorne Senior Research Fellow, BA (Hons Psych) PhD (Psych) Behavioural surveillance surveys; survey based research; quantitative methods; data analysis; respondent driven sampling (RDS); the use of personal digital assistants (PDAs); mental health and HIV; capacity development training in research methods.
Barbara Kepa Barbara Kepa works as a research assistant one day a week. Enrolled in an MPH, she comes to us from Papua New Guinea where she worked on a number of projects in our partnership with the PNG Institute for Medical Research. She is busy coding and analysing data from our PNG projects and is helping to write up results for publication.
