SoMS PhD Thesis Prize

The Thesis Prize will be awarded annually to the best PhD thesis submitted during the twelve month period prior to 31 August each year. The Prize is presented at the SoMS annual prize ceremony in November.

The Research Committee will decide the award recipient using the following criteria:

1. The thesis examiners’ ratings and comments.
2. Publications directly related to the thesis.
3. Course duration/timely completion, progression and awards received.
