Primitive selection of cell line
Primitive selection of cell line is undertaken at EB stage, basing on the protein expression through MEDSAIC DOTSCAN Technology. The density level of each antibody is semi-quantified, mainly focusing on neural progenitor cell markers and neurogenesis markers. Through comparing the density of these identical markers on the chips among each cell line, the advantaged cell lines are selected for further experiments.

Cells firstly are maintained in undifferentiated status then proceed to Spontaneous EB formation. Proteins tested on day 0, day 7 and day 14 of EB stage, following the manual provided by the manufacture. Data is collected for further analysis. Cell lines with maximum neural progenitor cell markers and neurogenesis markers are considered as advantaged cell lines. Repeat the experiments above three times in order to achieve accuracy & significance.
