Skin-to-Neuron Stem Cell Technology
We are developing techniques to efficiently produce high purity neural precursors from adult mammalian skin tissue. We are currently optimizing in vitro protocols, testing the effects of different proliferation and differentiation agents, and carrying out advanced gene expression and synaptic protein studies.
