MCSU Support Survey

The Medicine Computing Support Unit (MCSU) asked Faculty of Medicine staff to complete a Support Survey in August 2004. The survey asked questions relating to the support provided by the UNSW IT Service Desk and the Medicine Computing Support Unit.

We received valuable feedback from over 80 people, 60% of which were based at Kensington Campus. We have used the feedback to establish a set of initiatives. Some have been put into place immediately and some will require further investigation.
