January - March 2005 Acknowledge Times

Acknowledge Time is the time taken from when the call is first entered into the system by the IT Service Desk to when a member of the MCSU responds to the call.


Figure (above) shows acknowledge times for all logged calls. 30% of logged calls were responded to within 15 minutes, and 7% of logged calls had a response time of greater than 4 hours.
