Medicine Computing Support Unit (MCSU)

The MCSU provides the following support services for staff of the Faculty of Medicine, UNSW:

• support of Personal Computers systems and supported applications (see our support policy for details of supported hardware and software);
• support of staff Internet and E-Mail access on and off campus;
• support of faculty server infrastructure (these servers currently include: domain controllers, web server, file server, print server and several Lotus Notes groupware servers); and,
• support of other faculty IT issues and IT projects (these include supporting the delivery of on-line student teaching, maintaining links with the IT services in the teaching hospitals and university).
